Terms of sale and use

Clear, simple terms for buying Heartbop Kids books and printables, and for using this website. Purchases are for adults only.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Who we are

Heartbop Kids is an independent brand run by its founder, based in Saudi Arabia. In these terms, “Heartbop Kids”, “we” and “us” mean the brand and its founder. You can reach us at hello@heartbopkids.com.

2. Who sells what

  • Printed books are sold, printed and delivered by Amazon. When you buy on Amazon, Amazon is the seller, and Amazon's conditions of sale, delivery and returns apply.
  • Digital downloads are sold through our checkout provider, Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record (sometimes called the “merchant of record”). It takes your payment, charges and pays any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt or invoice. Its checkout terms apply to the payment. Heartbop Kids creates the files, supports you with them, and gives you the right to use them described in section 7.

3. Adults only

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to buy. Our products are for parents, carers and teachers to use with children.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on this website are shown in US dollars. The checkout page shows the final price, including any tax for where you live, before you pay. That checkout total is what you pay.

5. Delivery of downloads

After payment you get your download link right away, on screen and by email. Files are PDFs you can print at home or school on US Letter or A4 paper. Please save your files; if a link stops working, email us with your order number and we will help.

6. Refunds

  • Something wrong? If a file doesn't open, has missing pages, or isn't what we described, email hello@heartbopkids.com within 30 days of buying. We will fix it, send a working file, or give you a full refund — your choice.
  • Bought the same thing twice by mistake? Tell us within 30 days and we will refund the extra purchase.
  • Changed your mind? Because downloads are delivered right away, we can't normally refund a file once it has been downloaded. If you haven't downloaded it yet, email us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund it.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital files, at checkout you are asked to agree that delivery starts right away and that you lose this right to cancel once the download begins. None of this affects your other legal rights as a consumer, including your rights if a file is faulty.

7. What you may do with printables

When you buy (or download the free page), we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files as follows.

  • You may print as many copies as you need for your own family, or, if you are a teacher or group leader, for your own class or group, and send printed copies home with the children in it.
  • You may not share, email, upload or post the files (including on shared drives, school networks open to others, or websites), sell or give away the files or printed copies, use our characters or logo in your own products, or use the files to train AI tools.
  • A school or organization that wants to use a file in more than one class can email us about a group license.

8. Our characters and content

The Heartbop Kids name and logo, the characters (Sana, Bodie, Nibs, Ayo, Lani and Fen), the episodes, artwork, music, printables and books are owned by the founder of Heartbop Kids (or by a company the founder sets up to hold them). Buying a product gives you only the license in section 7; it does not transfer any ownership. All rights reserved. Please don't use our name, logo or characters in a way that suggests we made, approve or sponsor something we didn't.

9. Using this website

  • This website is for adults. You may browse it and share links to our pages.
  • Please don't copy our pictures, text or files for any commercial use, and don't scrape or harvest the site or use its content to train AI tools.
  • We work hard to keep information correct and the site available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
  • Links to Amazon, YouTube and our checkout provider take you to websites run by other companies, under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Our responsibility to you

If something goes wrong with a download, we will put it right as described in section 6. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms in place when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.

12. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please email us first. We will try to sort it out within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts there can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer, you still keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it. Questions about a payment can also go to our checkout provider under its terms.

13. Contact

Email is the best way to reach us: hello@heartbopkids.com. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
